Ramsay Santé – Delivering 100+ websites with a centralized web factory

Ramsay Santé, a leading European provider of private hospital care and primary healthcare services, partnered with ekino to migrate its CMS, which manages all its clinical websites. The goal of this migration was to address issues from the previous platform, including enhancing content contribution and SEO management, modernizing the website design to ensure responsiveness, and improving overall site performance.

Challenges – Rapid migration while managing extensive content integration

This project faced multiple challenges:

• Ensuring a swift migration to the new CMS as the previous one was no longer supported
• Transferring data from the old platform, including content from 120 websites
• Optimizing content strategy and SEO to improve information accessibility
• Simplifying user journeys based on different user profiles (patients, practitioners)

All 120 Ramsay Santé clinics successfully migrated to Drupal 9. The new platform delivered on its promise of stability and performance while significantly improving content management capabilities. Today, we continue to support Ramsay Santé by integrating regular updates and enhancements to the platform.
