HR Intern (Recruitment focus)

The intern will assist the HR team in all operations, contributing to organization development and employee engagement.

1. Recruitment

  • Source, screen qualified profiles for in-charge positions based on job requirements
  • Administer and coordinate the recruitment process with related departments
  • Manage the full applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist in orientation process for new hires to facilitate their good integration with the company
  • Research and update knowledge library as required.

2. Training & Development

  • Support in seeking public training courses/ programs and administer training procedures when assigned
  • Coordinate the preparation to organize training courses in a professional way.

3. Employer Branding

  • Establish partnerships with universities and educational institutions to attract talents
  • Engage on social media platforms, sharing content that highlights the positive aspects of the workplace
  • Deliver effective internal communication with an essential understanding of HR policies.

4. HR Analytics

  • Update employee data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assist in making reports and statistics when assigned.

  • Fresh graduates having finished the curriculums, committed to a full-time 6-month internship
  • Passionate in developing people’s potential, with a strong desire to play HR business partner role within the organization
  • Confidentiality commitment
  • Proactive in learning and researching based on given guidelines
  • High level of verbal and written English skills
  • Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
